Withdrawn AtoZ Goes Against Metrics!
I mean, WTF is that about.
I have 2 now. One withdrawn and 1 where delivery was refused by the customer and they contacted Amazon to say so and yet both have gone on my Metrics.
What on earth is going on!

The withdrawn claim should fall off your metrics in a day or so, the other claim will probably stick unless it is either denied or Amazon funded, in which case it should also fall off your metrics after a day or two.

In my experience, it does not matter about the outcome of the A-Z claim. The claim stays on your metrics for 3 or 6 months (can’t remember which). Raised a couple of cases about this over the years. Never got a straight answer. It’s a ridiculous rule.

I can’t believe it will drop off, I hope you’re right, but u suspect I’m buggered.
Takes me to 0.73 %, a bit too close for comfort.
