1099-K 2023

My wife's account was hacked, she any access to her account. here is the issue-the last 1099-K she received was the 2023,but has error,like the amount, the company,the bank where there was the money deposited.Also,how can she obtain her 1099 for the 2024 if she does not have access to her account?
