Printing buy shipping letter labels on a zebra gk420d

I cannot get letter labels to print correctly on my zebra gk420d label printer. I am sure I have read somewhere on the forum about this and wanted to see if there was any resolution.

To avoid this problem we used to print letter labels on C&D but now is is obviously not an option. The labels seem to print in landscape and so part of the label gets cut off.

Are there any solutions?

go into the printer settings and you will find a bit where you put in the actual size of the label, this usually works for me, if it still comes out wrong swap the height width sizes and try again.

Try changing it and printing the LL labels to see what happens. We print all sorts through ours from various couriers and our own generated labels. The settings don’t seem to affect other printing types but do allow the mis-shaped labels to print.
