Removing a customer review that violates community guidelines

Order number: 026-0806456-0425119
The purchaser associated with this order number gave me a 1-star rating on my listing, which I believe breaches Amazon Community guidelines.
The buyer referenced in her review used language that could be considered profane, such as the title of her review "Crap," which goes against Amazon Community guidelines.
As per Amazon policy:
A. Don't post content that is libellous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory.
B. Profanity or harassmentIt's OK to question beliefs and expertise, but be respectful. We don't allow: Profanity, obscenities, or name-calling.Harassment or threats. Attacks on people you disagree with. Libel, defamation, or inflammatory content. Drowning out opinions. Don't post from multiple accounts or coordinate with others.
I've reached out to Amazon seller support numerous times, but they have been consistently unhelpful. Even when I clearly explain the issue, they seem to misunderstand or ignore it. Despite my insistence that it's a customer review, not seller feedback, they continue to provide the same response, directing me to the feedback manager to request removal.
I'm formally requesting the removal of this review, as it clearly violates Amazon Community Guidelines. I trust that you will make the appropriate decision. Thank you.

This is the sellers forum, you are not talking to Amazon on here so none of us can help you remove the review or "make the appropriate decision".

I had this once before on seller feedback and apparently Amazon doesn't consider the word c**p as profanity.
I doubt you will get a review removed due to this word...the best you can do is escalate it to the managing director email to see if they can remove it for you.

Oxford english dictionary fopr c**p include the following description
"Rubbish, Trash; anything regarded as worthless or inferior"
so whilst some meaning may be vulgar there are common meanings that are not, so i doubt amzon will remove it
