Many sellers have suffering due to chargeback including myself. The Answering ChargeBack seems to be mainly done my Amazon based on the 3rd Party Seller on Amazon. If I may suggest to Amazon that before submitting any answer to the Bank on any charge back dispute, Amazon must show its draft to the affected 3rd party seller for Approval as well as Edit and resubmit to Amazon (a quick communication between Amazon ChargeBack Team and the affected 3rd party seller to make final Draft before being submitted to the bank by Amazon Team). It seems to me the Amazon ChargeBack Team is somewhat incompetence since many 3rd party sellers had lost the charge back and posted complaints on this forum.
