Additonal units found althought I sent 20 units (FBA183VHQTYQ)
Hi,
I am in a situation where Amazon says they received more units than I sent which makes no sense. I purchased 80 units which are sold in sets of 4. So, I sent a total of 20 units. All bundles had the "Do not separate" mention. I am suspecting someone at the warehouse separated units which caused this skew. I am afraid customers receive only one unit, and complain about it. The shipment is closed so I have no way to add details. What should I do?

Would love to further assist here, did you open a seller support case requesting a inventory review with our FBA team?
We need to open an investigation with them to have further insight on the units processed by them.
I will await confirmation on this matter.
