Rudderr Experience

I received an email from Rudderr about purchasing my items wholesale - in looking at their website, it appears they work with brands two ways - either purchasing items wholesale and then becoming the exclusive Amazon retailer (and they claim they use profits to maximize the products) or giving support to help maximize the listings.

Has anyone used a business like this? I sell products that my company manufactures, so I am the sole retailer.

Has anyone used Rudderr or a similar company? Any red flags that would indicate this is a scam?

Thank you for your feedback and comments

If you are selling your own products on Amazon why on earth would you wish to enable competition?

Hello @Seller_z7N4P0jUMzDIJ

May I suggest that you take a look at the Service Provider Network that is a part of Seller Central? I don't know if there will be anything there that could help you market your products on Amazon, but you might check the link below.

The Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) is a platform that Amazon provides for sellers to discover and access various third-party services to help them with different aspects of their Amazon business. It's essentially a "one-stop shop" for sellers to find service providers that can assist them in areas such as:

  • Product photography and image creation
  • Improving product listings and increasing sales
  • Launching new products
  • Managing and growing their Amazon business overall

Amazon vets all the service providers that are part of the SPN network to ensure they are high-quality and can provide reliable services to sellers. Amazon also continuously monitors the performance of these service providers to maintain the quality of the network.

So in summary, the SPN allows Amazon sellers to easily discover and access a wide range of third-party services that can help them with various aspects of selling on Amazon, all while having the assurance that these providers have been vetted and approved by Amazon.

Thank you for selling on Amazon.
