Account Suspended with One "No Impact" Violation Listed - Amazon is Destroying Our Livelihood Because We Foolishly Agreed to Build Our Store Here

This issue has cost our company many tens of thousands of dollars and also impacts another entirely unrelated business simply because I personally setup both accounts for the separate businesses. The company that has the original issue sells ashtrays and I think the issue is that a product was flagged as a "Dab kit" or "Dab Wizard". This is of course ridiculous as "dabs" do not even create ash that you could use with an ashtray. There was a "No impact" and "High Impact" violation on our account. We successfully appealed the "High Impact" violation and got it overturned and were told our account was in good standing. A couple days later we were banned anyway. We ended up hiring lawyers who suggested this would be an easy account to fix. That was 3 months ago and our account remains suspended without an actual listed violation that would lead to a suspension at all. We are at our wits end with amazon as we have never gotten any information about even which specific product that they are taking issue with. We have even had the button with the option to setup a call with seller support has been removed entirely from the contact us page! Is there anything we can do? Any successful tracks to take when amazon will provide zero information on how to proceed?

Would Amazon CSRs or bots suspect that your account has anything to do with prohibited items on Amazon's "Drugs and drug paraphernalia" page? Under "Products associated with drugs and controlled substances" it says:

"Products must not be primarily used for making, preparing, or using a controlled substance, such as the following ... Any equipment, product, or material of any kind that is primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, compounding, converting, concealing, producing, processing, preparing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance."

You are playing at semantics. You sell drug paraphernalia. Your company name is a give away but your website is an even bigger one. Which has the word "DAB" right on it. You also pop up on several other websites selling drug stuff. You knew they have a policy against any of these products but you tried anyway. Now you are paying for thinking you can cheat the system.

I understand you have questions regarding your account and restricted products.

Under this policy about drugs and drug paraphernalia, products associated with drugs and controlled substances must not be primarily used for making, preparing, or using a controlled substance, such as the following:

  • Butane honey oil (BHO) extractors and kits
  • Bongs and all related accessories
  • Dab kits
  • Pipes made from metal, most woods, acrylic, glass, stone, plastic, or ceramic
  • “Rose in a glass” pipes and similar products
  • Vaporizers and all related accessories
  • Wired cigarette papers
  • Nitrous oxide crackers
  • Drug-purity testing kits
  • Any equipment, product, or material of any kind that is primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, compounding, converting, concealing, producing, processing, preparing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance
  • Mylar bags that are not clear or single colored
  • Bubble hash-related products

That being said, are there any words used in any part of your listing which would indicate that the item you have listed for sale is, indeed, meant for dabs? This could include keywords, phrases, images, or other information which could allude to any part of the above policy?

Depending on the information within the performance notification you received when action was taken on your account, it might be necessary to provide documentation that this action was taken in error. Please refer to that notification for your next steps and do not hesitate to provide any other relevant information in another reply here.

All the best,

Stevie.
