Migrating Customized Listing from US to Canada Marketplace
Can I migrate a 'customizable' t-shirt listing currently on my US Amazon marketplace to Canada?
I'm finding that when I set up the "Build International Listings" (BIL), while I'm able to get everything copied over to the Canada site, two things are happening:
1. The parent/child variants are usually maintained. However, it appears that the 'parent' SKU listing does not copy over to the Canada inventory.
2. Since the parent SKU does not move over, the customizations are not 'active' on the Canada marketplace.
3. When I attempt to create another 'variant' group on the Canada side, I get an error stating that the 'child' SKUs are already in a variant group on the US side.
Do I need to exclude any customized listing from the US side, recreate the listing on the Canadian side, and redo the customizations?
Thanks!
Marty

Hi there @Seller_hml708BwVH4dJ,
My understanding is that Custom Products can't be ported between Stores, however if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review with our internal teams to see what options do exist. Thank you for your understanding.
