Incorrect tracking information (small-parcel shipments)
We just received this from amazon :
Amazon FBA box label number Scanned/Provided not matching ( Incorrect tracking information (small-parcel shipments))
We ship from another country straight to Amazon US FBA - transport labels are sticked on the factory , tracking information is sticked by freight forwarder.
We ship hundreds of boxes and we cannot match the id with tracking information it will be too complicated for the forwarders.
How this can be fixed ?

Hello @Seller_deDAq6n07uprB
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
Let me clarify the requirement: Each box's Amazon FBA label must correspond to the tracking number submitted in your shipping queue. This is crucial for Amazon's receiving process and inventory tracking.
For your situation, here are the recommended solutions:
Share the Amazon label requirements with your freight forwarder and factory. The FBA box labels MUST match what's in your shipping plan.
Consider using Amazon's Partner Carrier program - they're already integrated with our systems and handle the label matching automatically.
If you must use your current setup:
- Create a standardized process with your forwarder
- Provide them with a spreadsheet matching box IDs to tracking numbers
- Have them send confirmation photos of labeled boxes
⚠️ Important: Continued label mismatches can lead to receiving delays or rejected shipments.
I suggest reaching out to Seller Support to review your specific case, as they can provide detailed guidance for your shipping workflow.
