Harry Potter Misuse

Recently I have met a copyright misuse from amazon system detection.

After checking with the staff, they said that the glass in the image misuse the copyright of harry potter.

But that one is a usual round frame glasses, without any harry potter feature on it.

After I have argued with them, they have reinstated 4 asins, but only one can't be removed as they always use auto reply template.

Alright, I deleted the glass in the image but they said that I need to relist it.

Then why should I need to change the image under the situation that they have detected the misuse by mistake?

If I do misuse the copyright, why would the 4 asins be reinstated?

Why can you guys say a normal round glasses misuse the copyright of harry potter?

Is there any staff in forum can help us investigate this case?
