Hello- Error code 8572, but I BOUGHT a UPC
good morning!
I seem to keep having the same issue. I get error code 8572 every time I try to list a product. I do not have my own brand, and I’m not using someone else’s brand (it’s my own customized product). I purchased a UPC from GSIN-1 but am still getting this error message. Unfortunately Amazon seller support and I keep talking in circles and I’m still not getting any answers.

How long ago did you purchase the UPC from GS1? It can take a few days for Amazon to sync up with GS1 and see it as valid.
Since you don't have your own brand, are you listing them as generic? If so, are you also listing the brand as generic in GS1?
