Authenticity again
Hey everyone long time lurker but it looks like the time come I need to beg for some help and wisdom from you lot.
Had a call from Amazon during bank holiday weekend, well not to ask me how my days off are going but to tell me i will be suspended. Reason? Why I listed product from manufacturers that are gated.
At the time i listed them they were not gated probably became after. Anyway person on the phone reading the script and bla bla bla explain everything in the action plan which sounds simple.
So i got suspended and i wrote the action plan. Provided the genuine invoices from distributors, but a reply came back from SELLER PERFORMACE claiming there were authenticity complains as well.
So went back to the drawing board after loads of research in here and drafted an actoin plan and also uploaded the invoices which they have accepted.
They have refused the AMENDED AUTHENTICITY ACTION plan twice now and i dont know what else to add or remove.

our plan does not sufficiently address the complaints we received about your listings. To be sufficient, your plan must include:
– Greater detail on the root cause(s) that led to the complaints about the authenticity of your items.
– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve the complaints about the authenticity of your items.
– Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent future complaints about the authenticity of your items.
Here are a few things to consider as you create your plan:
–Sourcing: Are you sourcing the product from a trusted supplier?
–Listing: Is the product accurately described on Amazon? Have you ensured that there is no ambiguity and the customer is well informed?
–Packaging: Is the product in its original packaging as listed on Amazon?
– Shipping: Have you taken all appropriate steps and quality checks to ensure that the product is stored, packed, and shipped appropriately?
–Review your communications from buyers to better understand the issues.
–Be as specific as possible in your plan.
–Do not limit your plan to issues with specific orders.
------------- AND HERE IS THE ACTION PLAN I HAVE PROVIDED -----------
Dear UK PERFORMANCE TEAM.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to appeal my account suspension due to breaching amazon selling policies.
I understand Amazon takes these breaches very seriously and would like to share with you this Plan Of Action explaining exactly what we have done what we will do in the future to avoid any further problems.
Greater detail on the root cause(s) that led to the complaints about the authenticity of your items.
We received authenticity complaints and listing without approval for Microsoft branded products ASIN xxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx
We were able to list this product some time ago without prior approval of Amazon.
We thought these were the closest described products that we sourced from our UK supplier XXXXXX.
Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve the complaints about the authenticity of your items.
We have removed both ASIN xxxxxx and xxxxxxx from our inventory. We created a removal order for both assins order number 190527115X and 190527109L.
We have deleted the listings from our inventory and will not resell until Amazon allows us to.
We have carefully reviewed our entire Amazon account and inventory to make sure that all our listings are fully compliant with Amazon Policies and Guidelines, especially the ones regarding trademarks and intellectual property.
We contacted our supplier to make sure the products that we are sourcing are fully compliant.
We carefully worked with future distributors to make sure we are allowed to take their product to Amazon Marketplace.
We also checked all our inventory bullet points to make sure they are fully updated and not altered to reflect the products we sell.
We rechecked all our messages from customers to identify complaints and readdressed them properly.
Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent future complaints about the authenticity of your items.
Before listing any products on Amazon we will make sure the description is fully accurate with the product we are offering.
Before listing any product on Amazon we will very that both product and listing don’t violate anyone intellectual property, Trademark, copyright or patent.
We will continue sourcing products from reputable distributors in Europe.
We are going through all the updated Amazon Selling Guidelines and all the brand registry related points. Fully retrain the staff and make sure we review all the changes of any selling guidelines and law in regular basis.
We are committed to answering any customers inquiries within 3 hours period to avoid any confusion and provide the relevant support for our products.
We will keep daily checking all ACCOUNT HEALTH pages to make sure we are fully complying.
We will make sure that all our products are stored correctly and when shipped to Amazon FBA service or customers are in they original packaging unaltered to avoid any further confusion.
II believe our Action Plan will make sure we continue a successful future trading with Amazon.
Guys, KIKA any advice or altering to the action plans are more than welcome.
many thanks

I have checked your Plan of Action and I can see that it needs a lot of editing. It would be helpful if you posted the original suspension notice as well.
You absolutely don’t need to copy Amazon’s own wording. Please check this guide on appealing Customer Product Complaints, which can be found on this link:
Then review this example appeal addressing Authenticity issues:
This is not what led to the complaints about Authenticity of your items.
Check the information which I posted above.
The actions mentioned are not sufficient and are not addressing the issue properly.
You will need to work on improving it.

Just a note; I’d XXX out your suppliers name from the post, bad etiquette sharing names
