Help on Size Variations

Hi there,
I’m due to send my items to Amazon FBA warehouse soon. These will be shipped directly from China.
My questions are:

  1. Would it be easier and safer to get the items shipped to me first in the UK and then send them on to Amazon warehouse or would directly from China work okay?
  2. I have two size variations of candle holders I will be selling. Does it matter how Amazon FBA warehouse receive them? I.e do they need to be packaged all same sizes together or can they be mixed and Amazon will sort them?
  3. As they are fragile items and will be sold separately. Do I need to arrange for them to be individually packaged before they are despatched as they will be sold on Amazon or again, will Amazon sort all this?

Thanks so much for your help.

1. You can get your supplier to send direct to Amazon but it may be better to get them sent to yourself first so you can check there are no discrepancies or quality issues

2. You are fine to mix the variations in the same box provided they are clearly marked with the FNSKU or EAN label.

3. If your items need extra protection on shipping you should make sure that you ship them with bubble wrap etc before you send. Alternatively you can ask Amazon to bubble wrap them when they receive them but they will charge you for this.
