I just want to delete this account and use the other */*/*. Explain to me why this isn't easy. I've been a seller since 2020.
I need to close this account to operate the other seller account.
Then there are no choices in the challenges for violations.
Please help me all this seems difficult to close the account because the company is closed for over a year ....

Amazon expects sellers to maintain only one account at a time, unless there is a legitimate business need for multiple accounts. Even when allowed, sellers must ensure all accounts remain in an active, good standing at all times; if this is stipulation is not met, then all accounts will be suspended if a single one is suspended. More information can be found here, within the Seller Code of Conduct and multiple accounts policy.
In order to proceed with the reactivation of the account you would like to use, you will need to reactivate the other account. After reactivation, you may then proceed with closing the account.
