Hundreds of product disposed because the edit detail listing did not work properly
Hi everyone,
I want to discuss an awful matter that happened recently because this is under every mediocrity situation that ever happened.
My product has been removed because it was missing the ingredients field from the product’s detail page. I tried to edit it but I got an internal error when I was pressing the save button. I raised amazon attention about this error and they said the technical team will handle it. It took several months and I have told them to not dispose of the products until this error is resolved and they assured me this will not happen. They disposed of all the products and immediately received an email saying the listing is reinstated and live?

Your only real option here, is to escalate to the MD’s team.
Make you sure that you reference the case where they have stated, the products will not be disposed of.
