Random Fee increase
hi there,
randomly from the 1st of May during mid day we had our FBA for one of our items go from £3.23 to £3.80
we checked the weight and dimensions on the items and it was exactly the same, we asked for a recheck and they confirmed there was no differences.
However does anyone know how to tackle this and bring the fee back to normal? Seller support doesnt seem to understand even though we sent screen shots.

I can't even see a £3.80 fee on the list? Is this the UK site?

Could you break it down which part of the fee has changed. Is it a referral fee or fba fee for example?
All you need to do is run a transaction report and find the asin that you have been charged on and then put an order number in the reports repository.
This should give you a full breakdown on what has been charged and then compare that with an earlier transaction.
