Reactivating Listings That Are Incorrectly Deactivated Due To Low Pricing Errors
Hello.
I bulk edited the “minimum price” for all our SKUs yesterday… however something very strange happened. Over 1400 SKUs are deactivated now due to “potential low pricing errors”, however when you look into it, they are all above the new minimum price we set… so it makes no sense. If they are above the minimum price I set, then they should not be deactivated (it’s like the system thinks they are below the new minimum price I set).
Note: These listings were not deactivated until now (only deactivated after I bulk edited the minimum price about 24 hours ago), I increased the minimum by 30p because of increased costs of selling on Amazon.
I am looking for a way to reactivate them in bulk, so I am wondering if anyone else had a similar experience and how did they fix it? could a blank bulk edit fix it?
I have tried waiting more than 24 hours to see if they would reactivate themselves, but they still haven’t and are still appearing on the “Pricing Issues” page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/fixyourproducts/inactive?sku=ATTICMEDIA2259088&ref=myi_status_1x1#
I tried asking SS but they didn’t know the answer.

UPDATE: Because of this glitch, I had to edit the products 1 by 1, increasing them by 1p to resolve the issue… I tried the bulk edit option using Amazon’s pricing template/upload file… however this did not work, I am not sure why (I tried multiple times, thinking I did something wrong, but I didn’t, as I even followed multiple guides to be 100% sure and I did everything right - very strange!)
So basically if Amazon read this, please fix your bulk edit tool and also fix this glitch that happened, where SKUs were incorrectly deactivated due to pricing below our minimum price (when they were not at all, many were not even close).
Basically I tried everything and the only fix was manually changing their prices 1 by 1 (a whole days work). The fix is to increase or decrease the price by 1p and that’s enough to make them go “active” again.
