Inbound Shipment Rejected by Amazon now being returned to China at my expense!
Hi everyone,I'm facing a frustrating issue with an inbound shipment that was recently rejected by Amazon. I'm hoping someone here can provide some guidance or advice. The shipment was sent from China and has been rejected, which is causing significant financial burden due to return shipping costs. I've already paid customs duties and other fees, making this situation even more frustrating.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.I've reached out to Amazon Seller Support, but so far, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation. Thanks in advance for your help!

Seller Support wont help, but have you been given a reason for the rejection ? I'm assuming that the shipment was directly from China into Amazon, but that your Company is the consignee ? We import from China in a different category and providing you have the correct documentation for Port Health, on what grounds can a third party, such as Amazon, send the shipment back to origin ? I know they make their own laws, but whilst I get that they can reject the shipment into their premises, I dont see how they can send product back - surely only customs can do that ?

Hello @Seller_XcGLk7Q6lXn8Y,
I'm Angie, part of the UK forum community. It's a pleasure to greet you.
Can you please provide the case ID from your contact with seller support?
Please make sure that the shipment information is available in that case ID for me to investigate further.
Regards,
Angie 🥭
