Deffered Payments and Reserved Payments

I have been a seller for years and halloween and christmas is my peak time and amazon just started holding my funds. Is this something they are doing with everyone? It is iompacting my cash flow massively and struggling to keep up with payments

It will be the DD+7 - not sure how you missed the notifications, emails about it ?
