Today I have successfully completed the identity verification process as required. However, I received an email from Amazon after identity verification requesting that I submit additional documents. The email also mentioned that failure to submit the required documents within three days may result in account deactivation.
Unfortunately, the email did not provide any clear instructions or a submission link to upload the required documents. I was only left with this email address: inbound-appeals@amazon.com, and I would like to ask:
Where should I submit the required documents?
Is there a specific platform or email address where I can ensure that my submission is properly processed?
I am eager to comply with Amazon's requirements and provide any necessary documents as soon as possible to resolve this issue. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

We value your engagement through our Forum platform. I understand the concern and possible confusion on how to provide documentation after completing the identity verification process. The positive thing is they are asking for additional information. Usually in these situations, if there is NOT an appeal button on the Account Health Page, you should use the email provided for follow up in the Performance Notification. If you have documents, you could attach those to the email.
This is pretty general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
