Not showing tracking ID when using Buy Shipping
Just wondered when using buy shipping it doesnt upload tracking number, reprint label stays for a bit but then is deleted, and unless you use bulk shipping or save labels then you have no record for when people complain months later about order not received.
Is there another way? could i edit consignment to add tracking id.

Someone else recently reported same issue
If seems to only effect items sent 1st/2nd class though.
Items sent Tracked or using the Royal Mail CRL service do not have the same problem.
If you have the facility to select the CRL 24/48 services, then use that option instead

There’s a couple of ways
Firstly you could ensure your downloaded pdfs are saved and not deleted onto your PC or
Set yourself up a folder - a physical one and store your PoP PO receipts and discard every 6 months or so
Either will work if you have a small amount of orders
If you are a volume seller, get a C&D account instead and send them through there (presuming they are not letters)
