VTR Exemption
Hello,
I ship keychains and pet tags in small envelopes with a postage stamp. My listings were all deactivated due to low VTR. However, according to the list of exemptions we meet criteria #4 as we live in Canada and are therefore shipping from outside of the US. However every time I try to address this with Seller Support I'm told that we need to provide tracking or use an Amazon Integrated Carrier instead of Canada Post. I'm lost on how to proceed because I keep explaining the same situation over and over again.

Are you selling on the Canadian or USA platform? As far as I know, shipments cannot be made to the USA via the Canadian platform. VTR is calculated different on the two platforms.
