Account deactivated after upgrade from Individual to Professional
Hi, im on Idividual seller plan.
Three days ago i received an email from amazon saying welcome to the Pro seller, i did not initiate an upgrade at all.
Then immediately my account got deactivated.I was told to provide verification which i did anyway so the account can be reinstated. After going back and forth with customer service trying to explain i do not need the Pro upgrade, i was told to wait for the upgrade anyway and once account is active i can revert to individual seller again.
Iam not sure why was this unrequited upgrade needed plus it has now deactivated my sales for no reason and just unnecessary waiting to reactivate.
Can anyone please look into it and help at all?

No-one here can look into it for you - we are all just other sellers, but you could tag in forum mods who might have some answers , or maybe not ?!
I really am not sure what has happened here as the only way of upgrading /downgrading the selling plan is for you to do it yourself from your account info., and it does not usually trigger deactivation ? I don't think I have EVER known Amazon to upgrade the selling plan without any reason.
