Marking as dispatched without a tracking number (On 'New' Order Page)
I have seen a lot of posts questioning whether you have to have tracking now due to you not being able to ‘click’ dispatched on the ‘new look’ order page without entering a tracking number.
You do NOT need a tracking number you simply need to delete the ‘NULL’ from the service box. (See Screenshot)

You can also use the “Confirm dispatch for multiple orders” feature.
This way, you won’t need to do anything, just tick the relevant orders and confirm them as shipped.
