Fraudulent orders, no action taken by amazon.
I have a problem buyer that is repeatedly making purchases from us and claiming a refund from me because they say they have not received the goods and they are unhappy. A real name does not appear on the shipping address, just 2 consecutive letters, followed by a real address. I want to cancel the orders that are coming from this account, however, I will accrue a performance defect if I do. I have repeatedly reached out to amazon seller services, but they have not done anything and the orders keep coming. I am left with no choice but to fill them.

this is such a problem with Amazon. They need a specialised buyer abuse team, especially ones that are linked to competitors

What this "customer" is doing is stealing. Stealing is against the law. Amazon aside we are still protected by the laws of this country. I would go and have a chat to an officer at the police station. Sellers are not a charity and are protected by laws.
