Asin not searchable

12 hours ago I created listings, but for some reason, ASINs are not searchable by keyword, title, or ASIN.
Amazon gave a very strange reply.

Does anyone have any Idea where I could start investigating the issue? As in my understanding customer service are great, product quality is great, no chargebacks in 3 years.

So seller support just don't know what they are doing the vast majority of the time - thats relating to winning the featured offer on the actual ASIN when you are competing against other sellers.
Your issue has nothing to do with that.
First thing to check, in Manage Inventory is there any indication that the items are Search Suppressed?
