Letter of Authorisation?

Hi there, I’m a sole trader but I’ve just been asked to submit a letter of authorisation. Are there any templates I could use? Am I literally just writing a letter to myself, from myself, authorising me to use my account? Thanks for any help!

Pretty much, a letter from you (as the business owner) giving you (as an individual) permission to open and operate an Amazon account on behalf of the business.

This template should do it - Its for Amazon Payments, so you could edit it depending on the exact wording of the email requesting it.
