New to Amazon - Product added shows as active, 20 in stock - and in live site shows no stock
I am the new publisher of a book series and recently added 1 of the books - showing 20 in stock (shows as active) - and it says none in stock in live site. I also added a set of 16 - a box set with its own ISBN - and it shows as inactive When I click the 'request approval' tab its a dead link.
Is there a way to get someone to manage a new account and add products, get them correctly listed etc? Do people do that?

Are you sure your account is fully verified ? - new accounts can take some time to verify as they need to check your personal ID and business info.
Presumably you are registered with HMRC as self-employed and have an Amazon BUSINESS seller account ?
