You will find hundreds, but it's not for free.....
Go in your seller central, scroll down, find "Learn", click "Seller University". Take 4-5 weeks of intense study these videos and read the answers in this forum daily.

Be very careful with this. It's easy to end up with a linked/multiple account violation if you don't do this right.
Agree with the other posters that you need to study Seller University.
