issue in adding/replacing charge method

Hello, I have read on the forum this is a quite common issue, I am strugglin with the set up of my seller account as I cannot update the card I had previously insert for the charge method. Both the app on my phone and the webside on laptop freeze when I try the operation, what can be done?
