Help on Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate !!

I have a cancellation rate of 3.85%

Can anyone help how we can fix this problem, no amount of talking with a amazon agent helps

Constantly being told why it happens with no advice on how to resolve the issue

For the love of god someone please help ????

Your pre-fulfilment cancellation rate will on go up if you...cancel orders for almost any reason prior to shipping them.

The ONLY cancellations you can do with no worry are if a customer expressly puts in an official Order Cancellation Request.

You can't fix it, other than generating more orders to water down the percentage, and obviously stop cancelling orders!

I can see you’ve also posted on the US forum as well with the same topic where you advise a customer cancelled.

For others reading this thread, the customer must use the official order cancellation process for a cancellation to not affect your metric.

If they simply message you asking to cancel and you then cancel it will hit your pre fulfilment cancellation rate. You MUST ask them to request to cancel the order from their order history.
