Have not receive Refund
I have applied for refund because they charged me $44.39 to open an account.. They have agreed and ask me to wait few days. I've provided them a bank account that is supported by amazon, now its been 10 days, I have not received it. how long does it normally take? is there anyone succeed receiving a refund?

The reversal of the professional fee was processed on February 7th, 2025 on our end. Please check-in with your banking institution and/or credit card that was charged for the amount to see if the refund was processed.
