Buy Box lost despite being the only seller

Dear Community and Amazon

I have been selling on Amazon for a few years now. with a great success. All my offers are FBA. I am the only seller on my ASINs (brand owner with Brand Registry).

All over sudden, on 26 April I lost Featured Offer eligibility on 7 ASINs. I did not make any changes to the listings in the recent past. Feels like glitch in the system.

Dear Amazon, I would appreciate your help with fixing this.

If anyone here knows how to fix/reset the Featured Offer eligibility I would appreciate your help.

Same problem happened on 27th April. I am a new seller selling for 2 weeks. Private label, Brand registeredm FBA. Please share when and how your issue is resolved.

Same problem here - Lost all buy boxes beginning of April and have had practically 0 sales all month as a result.

Whats is the solution to this? I have been chasing seller support but there is no proposed solution

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD

I am asking sellers for their impacted ASINs and many of them have had their featured offers reinstated.
