Brand Name and product Title Changed by other seller
Hello,
I am the brand owner and my products have been live for more than a year. I now see that another seller has changed the title and brand name of the product. I have tried to change it back via my product feed but amazon does not allow this. I asked amazon to change this but I get the following message:
Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported B097CTG4ND for the violation type selected.
ASIN: B097CTG4ND
Complaint ID: 9179823002
Violation Type: PDP Abuse
How can I make amazon take action on this and have it changed back?
Thank you

Do you have Brand Registry on Amazon, as without this you will struggle to get Amazon to take any action on this.

I have had this happen to me on numerous occasions and have not found any way of getting rid of the wrong brand. They are also mostly totally different products in completely unrelated nodes. Amazon do not seem to grasp that a plant and an electronic fly zapper are not the same thing. The latest is a seller in USA has rebranded a listing as their own, added multi listing to it. I sell plants and the product cannot be exported to the USA due to phytosanitary regulations. I just get replies that I find too geeky for me to understand
