New to this business. How can I stop my listing showing in other Europe countries? or how do
I switch to just selling in Amazon UK only?

In settings switch of marketplaces you don’t want to sell in. I note when registering for an account its a tick box you have to untick or they automatically list you EU wide…sneaky.
