Error when trying to sell a branded product listed as generic
Hi,
Does anyone know how to resolve the issue where someone has put the brand as Generic, but it obviously isn't a generic product. It's like putting a pair of Nike trainers, or cadbury chocolate as generic, obviously it's supposed to be Nike or Cadbury. I feel people are manipulating the system. This product sells really well but I can't sell on the same listing because its locked under generic.
Any help or experience would be appreciated.

I imagine the correct route is Reporting via this tool.
Though whether amaazon will do anything, or if they do, do it with any speed is up for debate.

Has this on a Fortnum & Mason product clearly listed as F&M with F&M branding in the phot of the product - Amazons reply when i logged a 5885 error "nope cant list it" so i just logged a ticket to bring the listing down for incorrect details because if i cant sell it then no-one can
