Gtin Exemption

I have applied for a gtin exemption but some of image issu amazon team decline my approval, but now re-click the product image but cannot applied for approval showing "We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request." i'm tring to reached by phone calls & emails in several times still not satisfied.
