To transfer the ownership of brand and Trademark from one registered company to another.
We are looking to transfer the ownership of a trademark and brand registered under a company in France to another company, also registered in France, as we plan to close the original company. Could someone guide us through the steps and necessary procedures for this transfer, both for the trademark and the Amazon brand registry?

You have to consult a French specialist. That has not much to do with Amazon. Anyway, an Amazon account cannot be transferred. But the other company can list your listings.

Hoping to help out here! I can only speak to the Brand Registry aspect as I am not a trademark attorney.
The main thing to ensure there is a smooth transition from the Brand Registry is to have the new owner account on the brand as an Admin for protection roles. That way they can take over the responsibilities of the account and can eventually remove the old Admin once ownership changes.
