Status / Action not provided Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request.

I have an issue with an FBA shipment on Amazon that was incorrectly received. When attempting to add a document confirming the shipped quantity, I encounter an error: "Status / Action not provided. Please select an option for each product under the 'Status / Action Required' column in order to submit this request." Unfortunately, I have no option to select "Status / Action Required" anywhere.

I write to the suport but They are not helping me! Please did anybody face that issue before and how to manage

in fact I'm facing that Error messages show "Status / Action not provided

Please select an option for each product under the "Status / Action Required" column in order to submit this request."

But there is no option to select "Status / Action Required". Kindly help.

So I can't validate the process because of that and when I explain to support, they just copy and paste the same message without really solving my problem. I've even sent screenshots of what I'm saying, but it's as if nobody really reads my messages. They just send me copy-and-paste text.
