Dear Amazon: My apparel and office supplies are not plants.
Good morning! Its 6:30am here.
I woke this fine Saturday morning to find many Policy Violations on my account.
All of these Violations are for different apparel and office supplies. One is an LED light. Another is for calligraphy ink. Several are for sweatpants.
When I attempt to craft my (8!!) appeals, the sidebar tells me what I've done wrong to deserve this harried morning of stress.
Amazon believes my apparel and office supplies are plants.
How do I go about convincing Amazon that these items are not plants?

More ridiculous accusations form the Amazon ai BOT triggering 30 account health violations. These are leather sports gloves for FOOTBALL! These are NOT live plants or seeds. PLEASE remove these violations now. We have looked over our entire listing and find no information that would lead Amazon to think these are live plants of seeds.
"This product has been identified as a live plant or seed product that is listed outside of the SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED categories. Thank you so much for posting here within the Forums.
I have also seen an increase in these cases as it is impacting all selling partners. The moderating team and I are working to collect all of the information and get a speedy resolution for ASINs incorrectly flagged under this policy.
I will update this thread once I have more information.

I apologize for taking so long to further reply here.
Please do appeal the violations where able. This will be the quickest way to ensure your account health rating is not impacted and you are able to get your listings cleared.
I do know the implications of this with those of you have a great number of violations, however, I want to make sure you address as many as possible to avoid further impacts and ensure your listings are once more live before the teams here are able to fix the issue.
