Why doesn't Amazon Seller Support Respond? Case ID# FBA18JX6YFSV
I had an entire shipment lost in Amazon YEG2 and invoices were submitted. They claimed that the invoices provided didn't have all the products listed so i provided extra documentation since January 10th. Since then they have never provided a response even though i followed up at least once a week.

Can someone please escalate and have Amazon seller support respond or just give me a call back. I provided my number in the case so they have it
