Amazon Keeps rejecting my CORRECT INVOICE
I’ve been a seller for 2+ years, and never had trouble with ungating items “through target’s invoice” or other suppliers/ distributors.
With this recent invoice. I purchased 10 items from target and uploaded 10 pics of the item with invoice, and was rejected. So I reached out to another distributor, and purchased 10 new items with a new invoice. AGAIN, I was rejected……. This new invoice includes my seller name, shipping address, their company name with info to reach out and verify I bought from them. And I keep being rejected…… WHAT DO I DO????
Amazon support told me to try again 2-3 days later with the same invoice but rename the file name and still keep getting declined.

Target is a retail store; they give receipts, not invoices.
Buy from an actual wholesale distributor. And in many cases, you'll want to get permission from any brand you intend to sell; they can tell you who their authorized distributors are.
Yes, RA worked in the past, and can still be done in some cases today. But it's getter harder and harder, and what worked last year (or last week) may not work any more, as Amazon and brands are cracking down on non-authorized sellers.

Amazon support (you do mean SELLER support?) is pretty clueless.
Pay attention to what @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwhas told you.
EVERY TIME that you submit a RECEIPT you are calling attention to yourself and proving to Amazon that you did NOT source properly. Every time you submit those it becomes MORE likely that you will be suspended.
They are being kind. Me, not so much --

HINT #3 -- Start writing your "please help with my Section 3 suspension' letter NOW. It will save you time when you get it.
For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to get suspended on Amazon.
BEFORE even trying to start selling, ask yourself these questions --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE that you need verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those gray market sellers touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" and assure you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

I did realize that mistake , and did something different
My situation is a weird one… the manufacturer of the brand I’m interested in….discontinued their website. So I’m unable to buy from them directly. And have to purchased through the channels they sale to.
This new invoice, that I used for ungating is from an authorized channel/ distributor of the manufacturer; But Amazon declined my new invoice(from them) 3+ times… This distributor is approved to sell their brand and has received permission but Amazon isn’t accepting the invoice….

Buying from a public-facing website is still retail, even if it is the manufacture's site. And if you read the terms of those sites, most specify that all purchases are for personal use only, and not for resale.
Chances are that YOU need to be approved BY THE BRAND in order to sell their products on Amazon. A distributor, regardless of if they are an approved distributor, cannot give you authorization to sell on Amazon.
