I have had person repeating making false infridgement and copyright cases on my account its ruined my account health near to deactiviation. I have got 20 violations removed by providing evidence but the competitor as filed 18 new ones over and over each week. please help me they are abusing the violation system, i have spoken to account health team and seller support but in a vicious loop of doing appeals and getting automated responses.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I was able to locate these account health violations and reviewed what I could. Please note that I do not have access to any attachments that you submitted so I was not able to read the authorization letter.
Based on the reason for rejecting your appeal, I am guessing not all the elements requested were in the authorization letter. I recommend reviewing the latest responses from account health and make sure your letter has all 3 bullet points below #1.
