Handmade Products - Coupon Issue - Refrence Price
Here is the quick information. As of March 12th, coupons are now having an issue. I understand there are new requirements, I believe I am following them, but having issues still.
All of my products have the error below.
No Reference Price available - ASINs must have a Reference Price

The product has a List Price, which is considered the reference price. My prices have not changed in over a year, and these products are almost 5 years old, selling in the Amazon Handmade category, and under my Brand name. These are handmade, custom items, so there are no competitors selling my personally made designs.
There is also no relation to sales history, as some newer listings are working fine, and some very old listings are working fine, while in the same scenario, some are not working, both old and new. I've checked the details of listings that are working/not working and they are identical in most aspects.
I have an open case, but seller support just keeps asking for additional information, that I am sending over and over again. They will ask for a screenshot, then ask for a link, then ask for the same screenshot again, going round and round.
Can anyone help me with this coupon issue? Almost all my products are effected, and if there is a fix, I would love to know how to solve this issue. If there is a problem with Amazon's coupon system since they updated it, then how do I get someone to care enough to help me?

I’m getting these too but just random and makes no sense. Like, some don’t have a “list price” yet I’m not getting the error, while some have a “list price” and it’s giving me an error. I’ve fought with this for hours and I’m about to give up on it. If this continues then I won’t be fighting with coupons and I’ll just do away eith them.

That is not really the problem. I have one coupon that was not suppressed and it didn't have "List Price".
All my other coupons were suppressed with that same "error, I added "List Price" to all the items (some of them already has it), nothing changed. I even canceled the old coupons and made new coupons, which were showing as "Running", and even showing on the product pages as an active coupons for a few hours, but then they all were suppressed and not showing on product page again.
The only thing in common of the coupons that got suppressed is all the items hasn't had a sale within the last 30 days. One of them did have a sale within 60 days.
So it seems the new rule is if there is no sale at all within the last 30 days, we can not do a coupon to try to get the sale needed.
That is such a stupid rule. Why would we want to give coupon discount if the items is currently selling?

That isn't the rule either. My most popular sellers that sell everyday are being hit with the same error and not allowing me to create a coupon.
The system is broken, and I am up to about 25 times I reopened my case. They refuse to look into it. They keep saying "The internal team took care of it" and literally no problems are fixed.
I honestly have no idea what to do. I asked for Moderators of these forums to help, but nobody has replied. It appears Amazon does not care about their sellers or their issues.

same here, they just send me links to articles to educate me on what list price/reference price is. I hope someone is looking into this to fix this issue. It's affecting me alot.

It has no information on what a seller can do to solve this issue.
I have spent at least 6 hours on the phone trying to solve this issue. Every single time, I get the same copy/paste after waiting days.

Our internal team have completed their review and discovered that the coupon validation is failed because of NO_REFERENCE_PRICE requiring products to have a validation reference price. This reference price is used to determine the savings Amazon offers to its customer.
The most common reference prices that are visible to customers are :
1) List Price and
2) WAS Price.
Before displaying a reference price to the customer, the price needs to be vetted by pricing systems to ensure that it is not misleading the customers. The pricing services frequently check for catalog updates, changes to pricing, and historical pricing - all of which factors into the reference price.
If our coupon validation system is unable to retrieve the Validated Reference Price from pricing services - the ASIN participating in the coupon will be marked as suppressed.

I have the same problem, even with the ASIN currently generates sales daily and I never do a discount before. I sell for $47.90 and want to do 10% coupon. But now they force me to sell at 37.89 =)) and I don't know how they come up with this number
