My account has been deactivated. please help me moderators?

my account has been deactivated due to copyright infringement, however we purchase our products from an authorized distributor. we have submitted invoices and appeals to no resolution. can a moderator please help me? it would be much easier to be able to speak to someone from seller support, however when i have called i told that who i need is an a specialized department and don't accept phone calls.

Your distributor does not have authorization for you as a 3rd arty seller to list on Amazon. So whatever invoices you have are not going to work. Amazon will tell you anything to get you off the phone, chat, email...There is no special department.

Sourcing from an authorized distributor does not authorize your business to resell the brand and use the brands intellectual property for your profit.

I would first ask that @Seller_chy5fCStE8sIz to refrain from posting any further solicitation, as this not only violates our community guidelines but puts sellers at risk of using resources outside of amazon that we cannot protect them from. This can create, as the community noted a financial and security risk to the seller. The use of some virtual assistance or a third party service without proper procedure can cause permanent deactivation or a serious situation that is extremely difficult to address.

As noted by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, unless your distributor was the brand and copyright holder, they cannot authorize your use of someone else's images. Was this due to a complaint or suspected infringement? Can you provide the ASIN and original notification you received? This will have more information so I can ensure all possibilities are being offered as there may still be a path forward.
