Feedback Removal - Solved!
It seems at least one seller has found a way to get ALL their negative feedback removed. They have dozens of complaints from buyers regarding Used items Sold As New yet maintain a 100% rating!
Amazon have struck through every single negative comment. Apparently they are all fulfilment related issues - despite very specific buyer comments to the contrary.
Perhaps a Mod would be so kind as to take action. For obvious reasons, I won't be naming the seller publicly.

you’d at least need to tag a mod and raise a case and post the case number.

If it is FBA feedback most of this is struck through.
You can almost do as you like on FBA and the feedback will be removed or struck through.
If FBA it is possible the seller is commingling though and there would be no guarantee the stock being despatched is the ones they sent in.
If it is FBM then yes something unusual is happening as this type of feedback is not normally removed.

I got several emails from Amazon stating product feedback had been removed as the buyer had been deemed a scammer so all their activity was deleted. Except all they did was delete the comment and leave the negative rating. So now I cant even identify which buyer it was or what they said. I appreciate the effort to remove scammers but just deleting the comment and not the rating is fairly annoying.

This seems to be a common problem lately, Retail Arbitage maybe the issue being promoted on YouTube etc.
I have bought from 6 or 7 UK Sellers since last October, where it has been used items, sold new, complained to Amazon CS, they usually say buy another then report if 2 items from the same Seller.
BUT, all were FBA. Then they say FBA fulfilment at fault, but all Sellers had used FBA labels, so not combined stock (except in 1 case). So, it was the Seller sending in used items, but sold new.
3 example ASIN items, NOT bought by me, but I note at least some are used sold as new, and feedback removed: B07TXZZDCD + B076K6LX1G + B0BKR6KVX8
There was even a Seller on this Forum the other day saying ok for Retail Arbitage, but some of their FBA feedbacks struck through as well.
Dare I say it, but I can see why Amazon ask for invoices as proof that the items are genuine and new. BUT, I also think Amazon should have that for new Sellers and those that prove themselves, maybe a certificate from the maker should not be put through the same issues.
It also seems madness that if an ASIN is reported that the FBA item cannot be checked as it is with Amazon, why are we told to buy it, take photos and then report the issue.
When items are taken into stock, at FBA, clearly no checks either, as some that arrived were not in genuine boxes, others had severely marked boxes, so not even needing to be opened. Other items bought also had 2-pin plugs, and/or Travel adapters, so not safe and not legal to sell in the UK. Other items with UK plugs but no CE/UK-CA label.
All reported to Amazon CS, but most still being sold by Sellers and some with feedback struck through. Only 1 Seller removed and I was asked to buy I think it was 10 items in the end, all different items, all used but sold as new. All obviously not new though by the boxes (item inside was not bagged, item marked, no manual, etc), and all were FBA, so a random check of anything where the box was plain boxed, or marked boxed, would have proved not new.
When will Amazon do something, FBA feedback often struck through when it should not be. When asked why was the feedback struck through, they say a Bot did that (which is likely by the speed of a strike through on something I did buy), and cannot be reinstated.
