Customer ordering from FBA, receiving, then opening a return, then repeating
Would anyone be able to help or advise?
We have a customer who is ordering from FBA
Receiving the order, then opening a return stating that the wrong product was shipped
Then repeating (5 x times now)
We have now received a health issue in our account regarding (product condition customer complaint)
We suspect that the customer is a competitor trying to get us removed from the ASIN ???
If anyone could offer any advice??

Request a bin check, to ensure that the products held are actually correct.

We have sold quite a few of this ASIN, so that is not the issue
We are not the cheapest or have buy a box, but the customer is buying, opening a return, stating wrong item shipped, so we get removed from the ASIN

Yes, all complaints are from the same customer, stating “wrong item send” their spelling
Then they place fresh orders
That resulted in a health account issue, that we resolved today
But now the customer has placed new orders for the same ASIN

Is there more than one option on the listing? I had some silly person order the wrong colour to what they wanted three times in a row and I sent it three times before they eventually realised their mistake and ordered the correct one, they ignored all contact to verify the issue and amazon won’t remove the health defect either!

I work in the packaging industry and one cosmetic client had to change their packaging to be tamper evident as they discovered that a growing number of the returns for their high end cosmetic cream, the cream had been removed and replaced with another product!

the customer ordered then made complaint to Amazon that the wrong item was shipped, then repeated 5 x times in total
the delivery was to a Amazon locker, but the invoice was to a company address, so more than likely a competitor
