Balance Paid on Your Selling on Amazon payment account

I don’t open UK on my Amazon seller account. Why did I still receive a £25 debit notice? I consulted the seller for support, but the official reply was “There is no information showing that you have opened the UK marketplace, and there is no UK subscription fee record for your account in the system”, nor did I find that my account had opened a UK website.
That’s why ?
Thank you

It sounds like you have completed the classic error here in signing up for a Pro account (which is £25 a month plus VAT = £30) instead of an individual account which costs nothing.

You have an Amazon .com account. Go there to seller central and check your drop down box next to your name to see which marketplaces you have access to, as well as your account info for confirmation.
It looks like you may have signed up to a global selling account.
