Ongoing Remote Fulfillment Enrollment Issue for Three ASINs
I’m dealing with an ongoing issue regarding Remote Fulfillment enrollment for three ASINs, which remain ineligible for the program in Canada and Mexico, despite being part of a parent ASIN with eight other successfully enrolled ASINs.
Attempts to Resolve:
1. Initial inquiry: Raised the issue about 2 months ago, with no clear explanation for the ineligibility of these three ASINs.
2. Amazon’s response: After follow-ups, I was told there were no CBC restrictions preventing enrollment.
3. Seller support advice: One agent suggested I contact the Canada Marketplace team, which I did on January 7, 2025 (case ID 16975207071), but the issue is still unresolved with no clear updates.
Despite following all the proper channels and receiving conflicting advice, the problem persists. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication. Could you please investigate this matter and let me know the reason for the delay in resolving the case?
